Welcome to the Amputee Adventure Camp. The mission of the Adventure Amputee Camp is to encourage children with amputations or limb differences to stretch their potential and imagination, and explore all that is possible. Adult volunteers, with and without amputations, are role-models of adults who are living productive and fulfilled lives. The Adventure Amputee Camp provides children with amputations the opportunity to nurture the beliefs and behaviors that many things are possible.

Monday, November 28, 2011. I thought Ashlyn might actually get a bit shy as we approached the stage that evening. There was a large crowd gathered around the stage for the lighting and to see Santa Claus. Oh yeah, that was an extra bonus. She would get to see Santa FIRST! My worry was for nothing.

I decided to start blogging about Jordan from the moment I found out I was pregnant. Her left arm stopped just above the elbow. We feel blessed to be the parents of a very special little girl. I officially moved this blog to Born Just Right.
